Do you idolize celebrities and their toned bodies? Do you wish you had the kind of body that would enable you to fit into a halter neck bikini and string bottoms. Well if so just read on as this article gives you the tips you will need to succeed.
You only have to look in a gossip magazine to see pictures of glamorous stars like Cameron Diaz surfing in the sea in her tight green bikini, or Jennifer Aniston looking relaxed on a sun lounger in little more then a two piece. The pictures are all of course air brushed to look that perfect but the stars do normally have a strict workout technique that allows them to look that good.
So first thing’s first you will need to cut back on any snacks and takeaways. Celebs don’t blossom into stick thin figures over night they often keep to a regulated diet that gives them enough energy for the day but doesn’t overload them with calories. There are plenty of healthy snacks out there that taste great such as strawberries, cherries, bananas, blueberries, dried fruit etc and none of them will break the bank. The best option to go for would be blueberries and black grapes as they contain flavinoids that prevent damage by free radicals and ageing.
Celebs recommend getting outside and getting hot and sweaty for a good workout but if you can’t hit the beach there’s plenty of other outside exercise areas. You could try joining a boot camp style fitness class or if you don’t fancy that take up jogging on an evening basis. Regular jogging over time will build up your stamina and fitness levels and give you a lot more energy. Another suggestion is doing workouts that precisely target your stomach muscles for example ab crunches or wall squats if you want a pert bottom. Other options include joining the gym, using the Wii fit for different exercises, help and advice or going swimming of a evening which really exercises all body muscles.
Finally when you’re body is toned and you feel much more alive and full of energy you have to choose your perfect swimsuit. With all the effort you’ve put in hopefully you’ll be going for a swimsuit but if you don’t feel confident yet always remember to dress in what makes you feel comfortable. Victoria Secret’s model Miranda Kerr suggests that: "Most importantly, with the right attitude and confidence, any swimsuit will look good."
